The AGPRO lifting/clamping roof trailers and semi-trailers were developed from a clear market need. Securing crates with lashing straps during transport was a time-consuming and frustrating task for many users. Working in all weathers, straps getting stuck between the crates, and having to walk around the trailer multiple times to secure everything properly. This made the process inefficient and arduous.
Innovation by Demand
Approximately 15 years ago, in collaboration with various bulb growers and farmers, a smarter solution was sought. This resulted in the development of the hydraulic lifting/clamping roof: an innovative system that clamps crates easily and securely via tractor operation. This means significant time savings, less physical strain, and a more ergonomic working method. Additionally, the tensioned tarpaulin on the roof ensures that the load remains optimally protected and dry during transport.
Over the years, this system has been continuously developed and optimised. This has led to the current generation: the AGPRO Lifting/Clamping Roof 2.0. A reliable and efficient solution that perfectly meets today's demands.
One of the first customers to have faith in this concept purchased a wagon at the time, specifically adapted to their crates. Now, 15 years later, the next generation is once again choosing AGPRO and investing in no fewer than three new AGPRO 2.0 lifting/clamping roof trailers, including production number 200. A fine milestone that underlines the growth and success of this system.
