With the official signing of a partnership, Rabobank, Tulpenroute Flevoland and the Tulpenfestival Noordoostpolder (NOP) have ratified their collaboration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The signatures were signed on the Ketelbrug bridge: literally connecting the two parts of the polder and a fitting location for this collaboration. With this step, the parties underscore their shared ambition to further strengthen the connection between the countryside, the region, and its visitors. The tulip routes and the Tulip Festival have been an important calling card for Flevoland and the Noordoostpolder for years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new collaboration focuses on strengthening the coherence between both routes, enabling visitors to experience and discover the area even better. Collaboration between farmers, entrepreneurs, organisations, and visitors is central to this.\u201d<\/em> says Jan van Hoogen, director of local Rabobank Het Nieuwe Land.<\/p>\n

As a cooperative bank, Rabobank supports initiatives that contribute to a strong and future-proof living environment. The partnership with Tulpenroute Flevoland and Tulpenfestival Noordoostpolder aligns with this role, by contributing to the visibility of the agricultural landscape, regional cooperation, and local involvement. The collaboration focuses on connection and awareness, without making specific statements about effects or results. <\/p>\n

By signing the partnership, the parties involved express their intention to jointly build an attractive and recognisable regional experience, a space for meeting, collaboration, and storytelling. \u201cIn the coming years, we will be looking at how this collaboration can be further developed in a careful and appropriate manner.\u201d<\/em> decides Herman Vermeer, chairman of Tulpenroute Flevoland.<\/p>\n

The Tulip Route Flevoland<\/strong> and the Tulip festival Noordoostpolder<\/strong> visitors can experience the blooming agricultural landscape in their own way. The routes take you past tulip fields, arable farms and characteristic spots in the countryside, and can be followed annually in the spring by bicycle, car or on foot. The collaboration focuses on ensuring that this experience is better aligned, with attention to visitor dispersal, recognition and regional coherence.
